About the Speaker

Chigusa Sansen brings over 25 years of experience at Microsoft, where she learned to lead projects, teams, and complex product work with clarity and calm under pressure. Those years taught her how energy, communication, and presence shape outcomes. She later applied these same principles beyond work and saw how powerfully they supported her own dogs and client animals. This blend of corporate leadership and practical experience forms the foundation of what she teaches today.
